Q. Can I book on the same day?
A. No, all sessions are private and require advance reservation.
Q. Where is Hidden Oasis located?
A. We are in a quiet residential area in Arundel on the Gold Coast. Full address and access details are shared after your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations 48 hours before your appointment are welcomed.
Same-day cancellations or repeated last-minute changes may affect future bookings.
A reminder will be sent before your appointment; please kindly reply to confirm or inform us if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Q. What if I feel unwell on the day?
A. Please contact us as soon as possible; we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

A. About 5 minutes early to settle in calmly.

A. Your session includes:

Q. Is there time to relax afterward?
A. Yes. Every treatment includes a complimentary garden tea time (up to 15 minutes).
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and sounds of nature before returning to your day.

Q. Are treatments suitable for pregnant guests or those with allergies?
A. Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy or for guests with allergies.
Please let us know in advance so we can guide you to a safe and comfortable option.
Q. Can I bring my child?
A. Guests are asked to visit alone to maintain a restful atmosphere.
Q. What about mobile phones?
A. Please switch them to silent mode to help keep the space calm for everyone.
